Shout Out! Policies

At Shout Out! we believe that our classes are not just childcare, but a safe space for your children to thrive, grow, develop, make friends build their confidence and so much more. We want to ensure that your children are completely safe while in our care, so we have strict policies in place to ensure their health and safety at all times as well as behaviour management, safeguarding and staff conduct. 

We all also have policies in place regarding booking classes, payments and what happens in the unlikely event a class is cancelled.
